1. MR-SFZ200 Battery Heat Sealing Machine is a compact heating
sealer for sealing aluminum-laminated films during pouch cell
(polymer Li-Ion cell) case preparation.
2. The battery heat sealing machine adopts soft sealing bar, The
sealing is copper in bottom and aluminum and Silicone rubber piece
on top. So it can be used for both top and side sealing for pouch
cell.
3. It can prepare the pouch cell for the injection of electrolyte
by sealing the side and top of the pouch cell with tab.
Features:
1. Unique safety protection and anti-scalding design, the
temperature of the upper and lower irons can be adjusted through
the button on the thermostat panel.
2. The head is made of copper material, which has good heat
transfer effect, saves electricity consumption, improves work
efficiency, and saves energy compared with similar products.
3. The pressure of the upper and lower heads can be adjusted by the
pressure regulating valve to meet the requirements of different
process parameters.
4. The upper and lower heads are driven by cylinders and guided by
two linear guide sleeves, which can move up and down flexibly and
accurately to ensure the parallelism requirements of the product
after edge sealing.
5. It can be applied to the product batteries of different
specifications, and the adjustment is simple and convenient,
without adjustment and replacement of the seal head.
6. The frame is made of aluminum profile, which has a beautiful
appearance; the sheet metal adopts three-dimensional geometric
design, which is simple and beautiful.
7. Small size, smooth and even seal marks, beautiful appearance of
the edge seal; soft package heat sealing machine equipment.
